Our Policy is very simple – If there is a problem we sort it out!
We hope that you will be 100% happy with your shopping experience with us. We make every effort to give you the best quality products and best mail order service possible. Occasionally things may not be to your liking and you might have to return something.
- After you receive the goods you have 10 days to advise us if you want to make a return.
- Anything bought as a Christmas Gift may, of course, be returned for exchange after Christmas – we know that postal delays happen this time of year and suggest that you get the package back to use before 15th January.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Filling in the Returns Details tab is the first step in creating a new return. The following details are required to fill out a return:
- Order ID: the ID of the order that was returned.
- Order Date: the date that order was made.
- First Name
- Last Name
Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We reserve the right to withhold, exchange or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsalable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Paypal payments arrive to your account as soon as they are processed from our end.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning for an exchange we will have to ask you to cover the cost of shipping the second item.
